As the second employee handpicked by Dr. Michael Carrick, the founder of our community, Leslie played an integral role in preparing Stockton for the first standalone Memory Care Community of its kind. Her journey has been marked by the joy of witnessing our community come to life and educating Stockton about Alzheimer’s Disease, showcasing the remarkable benefits that Summerfield has to offer. Leslie’s impact extends far beyond our local community; she served on the Dementia Guideline Committee and traveled across the country to educate and empower new Memory Care staff members. Beginning as the Marketing Director, Leslie’s ascent to her current role as Executive Director in 2004 is a testament to her unwavering commitment and leadership. Her career began in the emergency room at St. Joseph’s Hospital, followed by five years as a Certified Pharmacy Technician before joining our team. But above all, Leslie’s proudest accomplishment is her exceptional team and the remarkable care they provide to our cherished residents and their families. Her enduring legacy is a testament to her unyielding dedication to enriching the lives of those we serve.

During weekends, he finds solace in the enchanting cityscape of San Francisco, where he explores its myriad treasures. Joe’s adventurous spirit extends to his palate as well, as he eagerly seeks out new and diverse cuisines wherever his travels take him, adding a zest for discovery to his vibrant personality.

Outside of work, Tiffany finds joy in her two teenage daughters and shares memorable adventures with them, whether it’s exploring the serene beauty of Lake Tahoe or the sunny shores of Santa Cruz.
